Victoria BBQ Bar in Southend-on-Sea

"My wife and I passed this restaurant, I walked inside and asked to take away the menu, I then showed my wife, we saw the food choices and the prices which were very reasonable. We then walked in and were greeted by staff,it was like travelling to Turkey (which my wife and I have been many times). We ordered our food which was made fresh for us, when the food arrived, it was as expected delicious, very relaxed and clean, unlike other places the staff were not pushy. When the time came to pay they did not even try to force you to pay a tip. I would highly recommend this place to eat."

"Went in for the first time just now. Had chicken wrap. Little bit of a messy eat with the sauce pooling at the bottom when I finished. But great flavour and fairly priced."

"We went in and were greeted by a nice atmosphere: marble counter tops, decoration. There was a range of foods on the menu from kebab wraps or meals to burgers and pizzas; for the fussy ones. It was rather cheap for the 2 of us. 24 quid for 2 and the food was just stunning. Cheesy garlic bread had a cheese pull and tasted amazing, the chicken doner meal came out presented nicely with silverware and nice plates. It was really good but could't eat it all in which they supplied us with takeaway dishes to save for a later date. While we ate, they came up to us every now and then to check up on how the food was. Such a great place to go, would reccomend."

"Where can I start! The best kebab I tired so far in Southend, cooked over charcoal gives a truely Authentic Turkish cuisine flavours. "Lovely find. Stayed in Southend over the weekend, and came across this little gem, on Friday night. So impressed with the place, the delicious food, etc, we went back there the following night for a takeaway, after our night out. You can also have a drink while you wait for your order, and the only place i have come across that sells cans of AU Vodka, in all the flavours!"
